Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupfenugreek leave
  2. 1boil potato
  3. Pinchheeng
  4. 1/4 tspjeera
  5. 1/4 tspfenugreek seed
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. Couple of pinch red chilli powder
  8. 1big size of lotus stem

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and boil lotus stem

  2. 2

    Cut it in the centre

  3. 3

    Take a pan add mustard oil

  4. 4

    Crackle jeera and heeng and fenugreek seed

  5. 5

    Add fenugreek leave &potato mix well

  6. 6

    Add salt and chilli powder cook 10mnts &keep aside

  7. 7

    Scoop &fill in methi aalu

  8. 8

    Take a pan add oil arrange lotus stem sprinkle little bit of salt

  9. 9

    Cover the lid cook few minutes..

  10. 10

    Serve like starter or dry veg..
