Take a pan add mustard oil

Crackle jeera and heeng and fenugreek seed

Add fenugreek leave &potato mix well

Add salt and chilli powder cook 10mnts &keep aside

Scoop &fill in methi aalu

Take a pan add oil arrange lotus stem sprinkle little bit of salt

Cover the lid cook few minutes..

Serve like starter or dry veg..
