Ingredients

  1. 1 kgmilkfish
  2. 500 gramstomato sauce
  3. 4 pieceCloves
  4. 4 piecebay leaf
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspblack pepper (whole)
  7. 8 piecepickle chips
  8. 2 piecedried chili (optional)
  9. 1/2 cupolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice milkfish at 2 inches thick, remove the head and tail

  2. 2

    Put all ingredients in a slow cooker at high setting.

  3. 3

    Adjust to low setting when boiling. Cook for 5hours or until the fishbone is tender.
