Ingredients

  1. 3Boneless chicken breast cutlets
  2. 1Sliced mushrooms
  3. 1can cream of mushroom soup
  4. 2 clovegarlic
  5. 1/4 cupdried oregano
  6. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  7. 1/3 cupsalt and pepper
  8. 1chopped shallots
  9. 1 cupmarsala wine

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all purpose flour, dried oregano, salt and pepper mix it for season flour

  2. 2

    Dredge chicken cutlets in season flour. Place in medium high heat skillet and brown each side.

  3. 3

    Remove chicken, sauté mushroom, garlic. Add marsala wine and reduce a little.

  4. 4

    Once marsala reduce add cream of mushroom soup stir and let it boil. Add the chicken you brown and let simmer for 15 mins.

Many of My inspirations comes from chefs: Dominique Creen, Curtis Duffy, and Thomas Keller. My goal is to fascinate you with my creative ideas and having fun while I'm doing it. I'm a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary were I mastered in French and Italian Cuisine along with many other cuisine.
