Steps
- 1
Use scissors to cut wing tips off and cut wings into drums and wing portions
- 2
Put flour, salt and pepper into a bag and mix up
- 3
Put oil in frying pan approximately 3 inches deep with oil and heat to 350°F. Test with a candy thermometer or drop a discarded wing tip to test oil for frying temperature. Look for wing tip to fry but not smoke.
- 4
Toss wings in bag of flour to coat lightly shaking off excess flour and set aside while oil heats up to 350
- 5
When oil is 350 start frying wings. Fry at 350 for approximately 8 to 10 minutes or until crispy on outside and wings have golden brown color. Depending on the equipment used it typically takes 3 batches to fry all wings
- 6
Mix teriyaki and sweet chili sauce together in bowl.
- 7
Toss wings in sauce and serve!
