Ingredients

  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 3/4 cupCrisco
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1egg
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 3 cupoats (oatmeal)
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1 cupraisins
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat brown sugar, Crisco, and sugar until creamy.

  2. 2

    Add egg, water and vanilla. Beat well.

  3. 3

    Add combined oats, flour, salt, baking soda. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add raisins. Stir.

  5. 5

    Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes.
