Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 3 largeeggs
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 3 tbspmilk
  • 1 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspbaking powder or soda
  • 3/4 cupbutter. use a bit over 3/4 cup

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    mix eggs, milk and vanilla (make sure all is room temp)

  2. 2

    mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder.

  3. 3

    add butter to flour mix and half egg mix. mix well.

  4. 4

    add rest egg mix and mix well for 3 mins

  5. 5

    grease loaf pan, bake 350 for 40-50 mins. enjoy!
