Ingredients

2 cupmilk
2 largeeggs
6 tbspoil (vegetable or corn)
2 cupflour (ap)
2 tspbaking powder
1 tspbaking soda
7 tbspsugar
1 tspsalt

Steps

In a large bowl. Mix all dry ingredients first. Then add eggs and oil. Whisk in a little milk at a time to allow most of dry ingredients to become moistened. Then mix in rest of milk. Do not over mix. Batter should be fairly lumpy.

Preheat nonstick or lightly buttered pan or griddle top.
