  1. 2 cupchick peas, rinsed & well drained.
  2. 1 tspsea salt.
  3. 1/3 cuptahini.
  4. 2lemons. (juice)
  5. 1 tbspextra virgin olive oil.
  6. 1 clovegarlic.

    Place all ingredients in blender.

  2. 2

    Pulse several times until well combined but still coarse. Adjust seasoning.

  3. 3

    Transfer to serving bowl & Serve or cover.
