Heat butter and sugar in microwave for 1 minute, beat with mixer until light and fluffy.

Mix in cocoa and egg, heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes, should be just bubbling.

Add vanilla, coconut, walnuts and cherries, mix well and add crushed biscuits.

Place in dish, press and ice with chocolate icing. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts or chocolate sprinkles.

Icing: Small piece of butter melted, icing sugar, Tbsp cocoa, milk and boiling water.
