Coat skillet with cooking spray and turn to medium heat. Cook wrap until good brown

Mix together mayo, cilantro, scallions, celery, and sour cream. Add chicken and combine.

Sprinkle cheese on tortilla and scoop on chicken mixture. Roll up.
