Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 250 gPalak chopped
  2. 1/2 cupfrozen corn
  3. 2 tbspOil
  4. 1/2 tspginger paste
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. to tasteBlack pepper
  7. 2 tbsptomato sauce
  8. 1/2 cuptomato Puree
  9. 1 tspsoya sauce
  10. 1/2 tspsugar
  11. 2 tbspcornflour
  12. 1tomato ke 4 piece

Steps

  1. 1

    Palak leaves ko achhe se wash karein.ek bowl m rakh kar 2 tbsp water sprinkle karein and microwave covered for 3 min then strain.1/4cup water m cornflour mix karein. Keep aside.

    In the dish,mix oil and ginger paste.microwave for 1 min.

  3. 3

    Add tomato sauce, Puree, sugar and soya sauce.microwave for 2 min.

  4. 4

    Add 1 cup water, cornflour paste and Corn.mix well.microwave uncovered for 6 min till the sauce is ready.add Spinach and tomatoes. Stir serve.
