Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  2. 2 lbGround beef
  3. 1 cupBreadcrumbs, fine
  4. 1/2 cupOnion, finely chopped
  5. 1Egg, slightly beaten
  6. 1 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and need lightly. Shape into eight patties and put an indentation in the middle of each Patty.

  2. 2

    Grill each Patty for approximately five minutes or until cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 160 Fahrenheit.
