Ingredients

  1. 2 cupall purpose flour
  2. 5 teaspoonrefined oil
  3. 1/2 cupsoaked moong
  4. 2 teaspoonchopped green chilli
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  7. 1 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves
  8. 1 teaspoonfennel seeds powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
  10. 1 gramsasafoetida
  11. 1/2 teaspoonginger powder
  12. 1/2 cupgram flour
  13. 1/4 teaspoongaram masala powder
  14. 1/2 tablespooncumin seeds
  15. 2 cuprefined oil
  16. 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all purpose flour in a big bowl, add salt and oil. Mix well.
    Add little water at a time and knead soft dough. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Pre-heat a pan and add 3-4 tbsp oil in it. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, green chilli, coriander powder, fennel powder and saute the spices for few minutes.
    Now add gram flour and satue fir4-5 minutes in low flame.
