Steps

Rise and roughly peel most of the skin of the potatoes.

Set in a large pot of room temperature water and boil until tender ( maybe 30 mins,, depending on size). Add salt if desired

Drain all water from potatoes and return to the pot.

Add entire package of sour cream, add salt and pepper to taste
- 5
Mix well trying to avoid making the potatoes to creamy, add remaining ingredients and fold in until desired texture is achieved.
