Ingredients

2 people
  1. 1 pkgFirm Tofu
  2. to tasteSoy Sauce
  3. 1 tspgrated Ginger
  4. 2 stalksGreen Onions, thinly sliced
  5. 1 pkgBonito Flakes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut cold tofu into chunks. I cut mine to about 1” x 1.5”. (Feel free to use silken tofu!)

  2. 2

    Top with green onions and bonito flakes. This is the brand I use.

  3. 3

    Drizzle soy sauce and grated ginger over the tofu. Enjoy!
