Smash the banana to a smooth paste along with semolina, all purpose flour, 1/3 cup of sugar, cardamom powder,baking powder

Make a smooth paste with it adding milk to it.

Heat oil in a kadai and pour one spoon full of batter in it. Fry it in medium low flame. Continue the same, with rest of the batter.

Let it done with one side then turn it. Take them out from the heat and dip them in sugar syrup for few minutes.

For sugar syrup boil 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of water.

Reduce 1 liter milk into Rabri

When the Rabri is ready, serve the Malpua with Rabri with some chopped pistachios or cashews
