2 1/4C.Ricotta Cheese
2 1/2C.Shredded Mozzarells Cheese
1/2 cupParmesan Cheese
3 tbspParsley Flakes
1Black Pepper
1Spaghetti Sauce

OVEN: 350 Cook & cool manicotti. Stir together cheeses, parsley & pepper. Spoon into cooled pasta tubes. Pour some spaghetti sauce on top, cover with foil, BAKE 40 min. Remove foil, bake 15 min. or until hot & bubbly. MAKE AHEAD: Do not baked. Cover baking dish tightly with plastic wrap; then foil. Freeze up to 2 months. Remove foil & plastic. replace foil, bake 350 for 1 1/2 hour. Remove foil, bake another 15 min
