Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seed and saute for few seconds.

Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, and chopped zuchinni and cook for about 10 - 12 minutes till it become soft.

Now add amchoor powder, ciba achari masala, ciba dry ginger powder, garam masala, sugar and cook for another 5 min. till all water has evaporated.

Now add chopped coriander leaves.

Your achari masala zuchinni is ready to serve.
