  2. 1egg
  3. 100 gramsbreadcrumbs
  4. 1/4 tspsalt

    peel the prawn

    stir the egg in a bowl and sprinkle with salt

    put the breadcrumbs in another bowl or plate and sprinkle with salt

  4. 4

    coat the prawns in the egg and then coat with the breadcrumbs

  5. 5

    deep fry them until it is brown or gold

  6. 6

    serve with the mayonaisse
