  • 2/3 cupminute rice
  • 2 3/4 cupmilk
  • 1/3 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspvanilla
  • 1/4 tspnutmeg
  • 1cinnamon
  • 1/2 cupraisins

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    combine, rice, milk, raisins, sugar, melted butter, salt, vanilla and nutmeg in a buttered 1quart baking dish.

  3. 3

    bake foe 1 hour, stirring after 15 min. and again when pudding is done.

  4. 4

    sprinkle with cinnamon

  5. 5

    serve warm or chilled. Pudding thickens as it stands.
