Steps

Mix vinegar and sugar in a sauce pan and cook until sugar is dissolved.

vinegar/ sugar mixture should become kind od syrupy ... about 2-3 minutes.

put cucumbers and carrots in a mixing bowl.. pour vinegar/ sugar mix over fresh veggies....
- 4
add sweet chili sauce and mix... can be stored in a airtight container or jar in the refrigerator or about 3 weeks... it probably won't last that long.

This is very good with crab ragoons, egg rolls, spring rolls, etc
