On a pan in low/medium heat, cook your hashbrown until soft.

When soft, mash the hashbrown in the pan.

Add the drippings and the garlic and mix well.

Let it cook for about 2-3 minutes, moving occasionally.

Turn up the heat to medium /high and spread the hashbrown on the pan, so most of them can get crispy.

When crispy enough for your taste, take it off the heat and stir it.

Serve and enjoy!
