Preheat over to 400°.

In a large mixer bowl, combine 1/3 cup of sugar and the softened LAND O LAKES Butter. Beat at medium speed, scraping the edges of the bowl often, until light and fluffy (1-2 minutes). Reduce speed to low; add flour and milk. Continue beating until the mixture is crumby like a UN-baked pie crust.

Press the mixture on the bottom and up the sides of a 10 or 11-inch tart pan with removable bottom. If the pan does not have a removable bottom, rub vegetable oil on the bottom. Bake for 13-20 minutes or until a light golden brown. Take out and cool completly.

In a small bowl, stir together all filling ingredients (if not sweet enough, add 1 1/2 more teaspoons of sugar). Spread over cooled crust. Arrange the fruit on top as desired, and sprinkle with lime zest. Drizzle with honey if desired. Cover, and store in the refrigerator.
