Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupcold butter or margarine
  2. 1 packages(18 1/2 oz) yellow cake mix
  3. 2egg yolks
  4. 2 cup(16 oz) sour cream
  5. 1 can(29 oz) sliced peaches, drained
  6. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  7. 1 carton(8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

    In a bowl, cut butter unto dry cake mix until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  2. 2

    Pat into greased 13 in. X 9 in. X 2 in. baking pan.

  3. 3

    In another bowl, beat egg yolks; add the sour cream and mix well.

  4. 4

    Set aside 6-8 peach slices for garnish. Cut remaining peaches into 1 inch pieces; stud into sour cream mixture.

  5. 5

    Spread over crust; sprinkle with cinnamon.

  6. 6

    Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.

  7. 7

    Cool on a wire rack.

  8. 8

    Spread with whipped topping; garnish with reserved peaches. Store in refrigerator.
