Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 tbspall-purpose flour
  • 1 tsppoultry seasoning
  • 3/4 tspgarlic salt
  • 1/2 tsppaprika
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1/8 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
  • 2 tbspbutter or margarine
  • 1Italian parsley and chili peppers, ootional

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add chicken, half at a time, and shake to coat.

  3. 3

    In a large skillet, cook chicken in butter for 8-10 minutes or until the juices run clear.

  4. 4

    Garnish with parsley and peppers if desired.
