  • 2 cupwater
  • 2 envelopechicken stock
  • 2 tspcumin
  • 1 tspolive oil

20 mins
  1. 1

    Add all except quinoa at start

  2. 2

    Add quinoa after water is boiling

  3. 3

    Turn down heat and cover

  4. 4

    Quinoa is done when air "holes" appear. Keep covered and move off heat for 10 min

  5. 5

    Fluff and serve
