Ingredients

  • 1 packagesitalian sausage
  • 3 largechicken breast
  • 18manicotti noodles
  • 24 ozricotta cheese
  • 30 ozasiago romano alfredo sauce
  • 4 cupmozzarella cheese
  • 1 canchopped green chiles
  • 1 dashoregano
  • 1 dashbasil

Steps

1 hour 30 mins

    Boil chicken breast and shred

  2. 2

    Brown Italian sausage

  3. 3

    Boil noodles, drain, and let cool

  4. 4

    Mix shredded chicken and Italian sausage with ricotta cheese 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and chopped chiles

  5. 5

    Stuff the noodles with meat and cheese mixture

  6. 6

    Cover bottom of large baking dish with thin layer of Alfredo sauce

  7. 7

    Sprinkle a dash of oregano and a dash of basil over alfredo sauce

  8. 8

    Place the noodles in dish

  9. 9

    Pour the remaining of Alfredo sauce over noodles

  10. 10

    Preheat oven to 400°F Fahrenheit

  11. 11

    Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes at 400°F Fahrenheit

  12. 12

    Add the remaining mozzarella cheese to the top of the noodles place back in the oven until cheese is melted
