Preheat oven to 160`. Grease 22cm cake pan and line with baking paper.

Place sugar, chocolate, butter and coffee in saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring until smooth then set aside to cool.

Sift flour and cocoa powder into a bowl, add almond meal and combine. Combine sour cream and chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.

Pour mixture into pan, bake in oven, covered loosely with foil, for 1hr 25min.

Set aside for 10 minutes and cool on wire rack
