firstly cut all fruits in slices or julien shape

in pan add red wine and all fruits
3

heat it and after reducing add malt vinegar
4

keep stering add brown sugar cineman and clove powder also sugar and then off the heat
5

keep to cool it can serve as it is or can grind and use as dip
