  1. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  2. 7 1/2 ozhalf and half
  3. 3 tbspButter
  4. 3 cupflour
  5. 2 tspbaking powder
  6. 8 tbspsugar
  7. 2eggs
  8. 2 tbspGround Cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    in a sauce pan melt the butter

    add the heavy cream and half and half to butter

  3. 3

    simmer for about 30min until thickened

  4. 4

    let rest until cold

  5. 5

    sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl

  6. 6

    add sugar and cinnamon and mix

  7. 7

    mix in the cream mixture

  8. 8

    mix in the eggs

  9. 9

    kneed the dough adding flour until no longer sticky
