I noticed having too much potatoes in my house. After preparing some french fries, and chips, I was bored.
So I tried this, and for the surprise my family LOVED them.
But the kitchen got pretty messy and all. They are not that easy to make. And keeping the balls in a good shape is HARD.
They don't have a rich flavor but they are good, you can dip them with your favorite sauce.

Ingredients

Apple-atoes
3 mediumpotatoes, peeled & grated
2 mediumred apples, Peeled & grated
2eggs (white part)
1 tspcumin
1 3/4 tspginger
salt
mlvegetable oil

Steps

Mix potatoes, apples, cumin, ginger and salt in a big bowl.

Form balls with the mix.

Dip the balls, one by one, in eggs then in flour.

Frie the balls with vegetable oil. (place them in oil slowly so the balls wouldn't break)

Frie until they get a golden colour.
