  • 3 3/4 cupMacaroni- Uncooked
  • 4Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1Grated Carrot
  • 1/4 cupchopped onion
  • 1chopped green pepper
  • 1chopped pimento - optional
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupvinegar
  • 3 tbspmustard
  • 1 cupMayo / Miracle Whip

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix macaroni, eggs, carrot, onion, pepper, and pimento.

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl combine sugar, vinegar, mustard and mayo.

    Cover ingredients with sauce- chill.
