Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbrown sugar
  2. 1/2 cupheavy cream
  3. 1/2 sticksalted butter
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 1Vanilla bean

    Mix brown sugar, cream, butter, and salt together over low heat.

  2. 2

    Cut vanilla bean open and scrape out the caviar. Add to the pan.

    Heat until bubbling, stirring often.
