Ingredients

  • 1 packages32oz. Mini Sweet Peppers
  • 1 cupMayonnaise
  • 116oz. Sour Cream
  • 1 envelopeLipton's Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1 packagesFrozen Spinach

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain and let cool.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and dry soup mix.

  3. 3

    When spinach is cool, add to mixture.

  4. 4

    Mix well and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

  5. 5

    When ready to stuff, cut tops off peppers and clean insides.

  6. 6

    With a small spoon, stuff the peppers with the stuffing mixture.

  7. 7

    Eat and enjoy!
