Very easy and tasty appetizer. Once you taste one, you can't stop eating them.
Steps

Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain and let cool.

In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and dry soup mix.

When spinach is cool, add to mixture.

Mix well and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

When ready to stuff, cut tops off peppers and clean insides.

With a small spoon, stuff the peppers with the stuffing mixture.

Eat and enjoy!
