Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupOil
  2. 3 tbspSoy sauce
  3. 4 cupWhite rice
  4. 4Eggs
  5. 1 cupMixed vegetables (frozen) etc corn green beans carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook rice and let rice cool

  2. 2

    Add oil to in pan allow to get hot add rice little bits at a time stir constantly allow for rice to brown slightly

  3. 3

    Move rice to the side of pan and add eggs (scramble them)

  4. 4

    Add vegetables (cooked) along with soy sauce and stir well till all blended together
