  • 1 smallgreen bell pepper ( diced chopped )
  • 1Midium shallot ( diced chopped )
  • 2 clovegarlic ( finely chopped )
  • 2 mediumred tomatoes ( finely chopped )
  • 1 smallcarrot ( grated )
  • 4Basil leaves ( finely chopped )
  • 1 tsptomato paste
  • 1cube Maggie stock chicken flavors
  • 1Black pepper
  • 1White pepper
  • 200 gramsMushrooms slice
  • 170 gramsSweet corn
  • 250 gramsSpaghetti (250g)

Steps

  1. 1

    cook spaghetti in boiling water add salt and oil ( drain well)

  2. 2

    In a small pot, heat vegetables oil, add garlic and stir fry until slightly golden colors..( in a low heat)

  3. 3

    Add onions stir few 3sec.

  4. 4

    Add carrots,sweet corn, mushrooms, bell peppers, cube stocks,and tomatoes.Stir constantly until the mixture soft

  5. 5

    Add tomato paste, black peppers, white peppers, and basil.mix well 1min.

  6. 6

    covered and turned off the gas.

  7. 7

    Put the spaghetti in the plate spread with vegetables sauce.

  8. 8

    tips: add mozzarella cheese on top...(desired)

  9. 9

    Serve hot ..
