Ingredients

  • 1 litremilk
  • 2 tbspcurd
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 3/4 cupjaggery
  • 2 tbspblack current crush
  • 2 tbspblue berry crush
  • 2 tbspvanilla syrup
  • 2 tbspbutterscotch syrup
  • 2 tbspmix fruit jam ( you can use use ur own choice flavours

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep milk for boiling in the heavy bottom pan over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Add a tsp of elaichi powder.Let it come to a boil.

  3. 3

    In the mean time caramelise jaggery in a pan on low heat.

  4. 4

    Keep stirring until the jaggery is caramelised to nice golden brown Turn off the heat.

  5. 5

    Add this caramelised jaggery to the reduced milk and stir until well blended.
    Let the milk cool just until it is warm (but not hot).

  6. 6

    Now add the yogurt to the caramelised milk and mix well.

  7. 7

    Divide the milk into 6 equal parts and add the flavours of ur choice anf blend it well.
    Pour into pots and set overnight in a warm place.

  8. 8

    Once the yogurt is formed put it in a freezer for 2 hours.
    Serve chilled.
