Ingredients

  • 250 gmGreen Chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • 4 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash chillies and dry them.

  2. 2

    Slit them from between with knife.

  3. 3

    Add oil in a pan when hot add chillies.mix well.

  4. 4

    Fry it till they are cooked well...takes 15 min..on medium flame.

  5. 5

    Add salt mix well.

  6. 6

    It's done cool it and serve with daal roti etc.
