  3. 2 smallround eggplant
  4. 2 tbspspicy flavour teriyaki sauce by kikomon
  5. GARNISH
  6. 1/2 cupdice green, red and yellow pepper
  7. 1/4 cupspring onion

    Slice up into bite size or

    slice eggplant in halve

    with oli on pan then grill eggplant for full 8 minute

    put dark soy sauce and teriyaki sauce for 20 second then off heat

    TO SERVE
