  • 1/2 tbspoil
  • 2 smallround eggplant
  • 2 tbspspicy flavour teriyaki sauce by kikomon
  • GARNISH
  • 1/2 cupdice green, red and yellow pepper
  • 1/4 cupspring onion

    Slice up into bite size or

    slice eggplant in halve

    with oli on pan then grill eggplant for full 8 minute

    put dark soy sauce and teriyaki sauce for 20 second then off heat

    TO SERVE
