We don't have a lot of "tonakatsu" (breaded pork cutlet) in our family. It's wasteful to buy tonkatsu sauce! I tried out many formulas, and came to this delicious recipe.

5 tbspJapanese Worcestershire-style sauce
5 tbspOkonomiyaki sauce
1 tspKetchup
2 tspMayonnaise
1/2 tspSugar
1/2 tspDashi stock granules
2to 3 tablespoons Ground sesame seeds

Combine all the ingredients except for the sesame seeds and mix well.

Microwave for 30 seconds.

Add the ground sesame seeds.

Mix together and it's done!
