On a medium heat pan, add cooking oil and cook pork belly until browny on each side.

Transfer the pork belly to wok and add garlic and onions. Stir them well and cook for about 1 min.

Add kimchi, stir well.

Add rice in. Mix well.

Add soya sauce, go chu jang, a bit of oyster sauce and cook until rice is warm.

Add salt, white pepper to taste.

Add sesame oil and serve with spring onions and sesame seeds.
