Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 325°F Fahrenheit. Grease cookie sheets or line with either parchment paper or silicone baking pads
- 2
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
- 3
In medium bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown and white sugars until well blended.
- 4
Beat in the vanilla, egg and egg yolk until light and creamy.
- 5
Slow incorporate the flour mixture until well blended.
- 6
Stir in chocolate chips.
- 7
Show the dough, then drop one quarter cup at a time on to the prepared cookie sheets. Cookie should be about 3 inches apart.
- 8
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until dad use our lately Brown. Check the cookies after 7 or 8 minutes and rotate the baking sheet for even browning. Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
