Preheat oven to 300°F

Beat creamer, eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth (p.s. half & half won't turn thick like heavy cream does)

Cut bread into cubes and place in bottom of 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish

Pour mixture over bread and layer raisins and cinnamon on top.

Make a double boiler: Set this baking dish with ingredients inside of larger baking dish, and fill larger baking dish with hot water until half way full.

Bake at 300°F for 1.5 hours

Serve hot or cold, tastes like magic!
