This is an OLD family recipe of my grandma's, at least 50+ years old. She had made this since before I was even born. She would make it whenever expecting company and it went fast. I've since made it for cookouts, holidays, etc, and it's a highly requested and VERY popular item! I promise you won't be disappointed!

Ingredients

10 mins

1 boxsoftened cream cheese
1/4 cupparmesan cheese
2 tbsplemon juice
1/8 tsptabasco sauce
1 tsponion powder
1/2 packagescooked bacon (i buy a jar of bacon pieces, NOT bits, and use half of the jar
Topping
1shredded cheddar cheese
1Club crackers

Steps

Mix all ingredients except for shredded cheese and crackers together.

Form into a ball and gently roll in shredded cheese.

Refrigerate for a least 1 hour.

Spread some on a cracker and enjoy!
