1 tspVanilla Extract
3/4 cupFlour
1 cupBrown Sugar
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspBaking Soda
1/2 tspCinnamon
1 1/2 cupRolled Oats

Rinse and drain raisins.

Combine raisins with shortening and water.

Heat until shortening melts, stirring constantly.

Cool. Then stir in vanilla and sugar.

Add flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Blend in.

Stir in oats.

Place cookies on sheet and bake 8-10 minutes at 350°.
