  2. 1 largeonion
  3. 2red peppers
  4. 1orange pepper
  5. 2 largecourgettes
  6. 2 clovegarlic
  7. 1 cantomatoes
  8. 2 tspcaster sugar
  9. 4eggs
  10. 1salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    stir fry onions

  2. 2

    add chopped peppers and courgettes

  3. 3

    stir in tomatoes sugar salt and pepper

  4. 4

    cook for 4hours

  5. 5

    hollow out the mix and add eggs and cook till eggs are done

  6. 6

    serve with pitta bread
