Cut hotdog roll in half length wise and toast until golden,set aside.

Heat griddle pan add oil and onions saute for a minute, cut hotdogs in half lengthwise not cutting the whole way tru open out the hotdog flat and add to griddle pan ,cook for 2-3 minutes.

Turn hotdogs over top with cheese slices one per hotdog ,put some water into griddle pan cover with a lid and steam the cheese until melted.

Open rolls up add hotdogs and cheese,onions,ketchup and mustard and serve .enjoy!!
