Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlCurd
  2. 5 tspBoondi
  3. 1small cucumber finely chopped
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tspBhuna jeera powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Smooth curd with hand beater.

  2. 2

    Soak boi di in hot water for a minute.

  3. 3

    Remove add chilled water on boondi and add into curd.

  4. 4

    Add cucumber, salt, bhuna jeera and mix well.

  5. 5

    Keep into freez for 5 to 10 minute.

  6. 6

    Serve in lunch.
