Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgBlack Chole soaked boiled
  • 1 cuponion paste
  • 1 cuptomato puri
  • 50 gmfresh cream
  • 30 gmbutter
  • 1 Tspsalt
  • 1 Tspchilli powder
  • Pinchturmeric powder
  • 1 TspChole masala powder
  • 1 Tspkasuri methi
  • 1 Tspdaniya powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take Fri pan add butter put chopped garlic Fri it add onion paste Fri until raw Ness reduce

  2. 2

    Add tomato puri Fri put salt,chilli,powder,daniya powder mix well

  3. 3

    Add Chole cook for 5 min add Chole masala,fresh cream,kasuri methi mix well

  4. 4

    Ready to serve garnish with fresh cream
