Melt the butter on low heat

Mince the garlic and add it to the butter

When the garlic becomes tender add the eggs without scrambling them

Add the cream and mix it gently with the egg white

When the white of the eggs is mixed well with the cream and looks cooked add the parmesan, cover the pan and wait for two minutes then remove from heat.

Add all the spices according to your taste

Put butter on the bread and heat it
